We used Organic Rainbow carrots and Organic Zucchini tossed in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with an Organic Italian seasoning blend from Frontier as well as lots of freshly ground organic black pepper and a light sprinkling of Hawaiian Deep Sea Salt! This combination was delicious and so colorful.
Both kids and adults love this simple preparation of these veggies. Perfect to accompany a weeknight dinner!
